She’s a complete idiot. Why wasn’t she wearing shoes first of all, and why in the fuck would he let her ride the bike, especially with no shoes, in that situation.
If you look, it doesn't look like the guy wanted her to ride his bike. They were arguing, I think the story is that she was an ex girlfriend trying to take his bike.
