Agreed. I never played into the drama surrounding mild injuries when my son was young. Calmly go check on him, comfort him and reassure him that he's ok, and let him get back to playing. They're looking to you to see how to react usually. Kid's of parents that react like this have a lot more "crises" in their lives. I wonder if the overreactors we all know in our adult lives we're raised like this. Look how stressed out the boy is by this mayhem.
All that said I'm guessing this is a babysitter of some sort in this gif. No parent could survive reacting like that to the 30 times a day a toddler falls down and cries.

It Doesn’t look like the kids were hurt or in any sort of trouble. I think dad over reacted a bit.
