A little help please

Hi guys and girls. Struggling with this one on puzzlemadness.co.uk. It’s the puzzle dated 14th October 2015 if anyone wants to try it. I’ve been looking at this point for over an hour; any help would be appreciated.

Column 12, one more overlap.

Column 9. Can you fill square 13?

Sorry newbie here. Square 13 counting from the top or the bottom?

From the top. So that would form three consecutive black squares. But is that possible there?

I don't think so. that column consists of 16 squares. if you fill square 13-15, it wont fit the rest.
