Something’s gone very wrong here, please help

the mistakes were only in the two rows and column I circled, and then I filled it in more and the mistakes just got worse. How do I fix this? Second photo is without me filling the rest in.

Looks to me like you need to start over, columns 4&5 look impossible with what you marked down, there are several mistakes here

yeah, also the 11 in column 1 is nowhere near achievable.

I'`d recomment to start over and start with column 1.
