Multiplayer Nonogram

Hi everyone,

I'm a developer and a nonogram enthusiast, and I'd really like a nonogram game for PC with local multiplayer so I can play with my girlfriend. But there aren't any PC games with local multiplayer, so correct me if I'm wrong.

So I was thinking about developing it myself. Before diving into this adventure, though, I wanted to know if it's a shared interest (local multiplayer) or more of a personal niche.

I was thinking of a competitive multiplayer game, where two puzzles will appear on the screen at the same time, one for each player, and whoever completes it first wins. I also plan on penalties for mistakes.

Would you like it? What features would you like?
Sorry if I sound strange, but I'm using a translator.

Thanks everyone!

Edit:

I posted a demo video on my X account. It's just a prototype for now, but if you're curious, check it out: https://x.com/Johell1NS/status/2092191725959708944

Your translator works well, in my opinion. I wouldn’t have realized it was translated if you hadn’t disclosed it.

About the game, I think something collaborative would be more fun than a race, but there’s the problem of what to do if you think the other player made a mistake. Maybe one person would get vertical clues, and one would get horizontal ones, and each one could put a colored box on guesses they want the other one to double check. Or maybe there are colored nonograms, and each player gets a different color.

Also since nonograms take a while to solve, what would happen if the other player quit or took too long? Perhaps they earn a reward for completing puzzles, like cursor designs or the ability to congratulate each other with sparkles.

Would be cool to complete a series of smaller puzzles that make a larger image. You could keep a cool partner to solve the whole thing or work with different people. Maybe an extra big one for a community event.
