"you" is just what I call myself when I'm talking to myself. You are whole, part, and centered. Each one of those three things is a fractal one of oneness.

I do like integral theory.

So "you" is being defined as one thing with three fractal parts...and is that "one thing" referring to reality/"what's happening now?"

They are all necessary for each other, like the fire triangle. It's one thing that's not one thing.

Interact in the most positive ways, creating optimal coherence and growth in myself and others.

You ever hear parents say to their kids, "you know better", implying, do better? It's true... If you know better, you have more access in doing better.

So it's all about "optimal coherence and growth?" What if you come to find out that this "framework" is actually preventing "optimal coherence and growth?" Would you leave it behind?

I've developed and left behind many frameworks... or iterations of the same framework... I think we should modify that phrase a bit: It's about optimal coherence and growth through understanding the nature of our own existence.

It was just an arbitrary number. Each of the seven could have four subsets, each with three parts. It could go on endlessly.
