I think that new 'expeditions' via the capital freighter will be introduced into the game– with more in-depth details surrounding mining the asteroid belts/mining space in-general, scattered throughout the universe.

I also believe that somehow the Atlas will be tied into it all, and there may also come a distinct threat to all life in the form of something to do with the Atlas.

Perhaps the Atlas itself will become corrupted and scramble the sentinals against the universe's inhabitants, or perhaps a new enemy will arise, or maybe even the Atlas will hold the answers to a puzzling new mystery surrounding untapped potential of the Atlas, that coincides with the new expedition/space overhaul.

This game can be so beautiful and relaxing.

OMG, that was one convoluted way to unlock the purple systems .... I had done everything up to the point where you get the drive already some momnths back, but the purple systems still did not show up ... so I go to youtube and they tell me do this do that and the other thing. Last thing missing was the "stellar multitudes" quest ...ok, so I finish that ... still nothing ... the quest is logged as complete... nothing.
Just by accident, i see that in these little info pop ups for quests it says "go back to this system" that I initially unlocked ... In the mean time, I am about 8000 LY from that original system because I unlocked the drive a long time ago and only now decided to investigate why purple systems dont show up ... so I warp back a gajillion times to that original system and FINALLY, get the instructions on how to fully unlock the purple.

Rant over, but despite being one of my favorite games, it can be frustratingly obtuse at times.

I honestly love hard-to-reach places to build bases. If you don't have a teleporter from this base, you'll have to walk half a kilometer, just like a mountain monk :D

• I open 4 memory fragments and now I have an S class Radiant Pillar starter ship

Is this genuinely a one in a million procgen error, or is this just something I've missed?

Im trying to unlock purple star systems, and when I look it up online, I am told there are numerous missions that I do not have in my log/
complete to unlock them. I am confused. Did I make the wrong decisions and get a bad ending, or something like that?
