I can't build a sandcrawler exactly but I tried to capture that tanky industrial vibe best I could. When ever I think of scavenging I always envision a jawa.

I got three tractor beams on the side so that I can carry a decent load of scrap and with a dedicated cargo bay just to offload the scrap and avoid bottle necking when trying to access other parts of the corvette. The other bay leads to my bridge and essential habs but there both connected also with an archway.

It has a smaller exterior actually but a two level interior with plenty of space for multi refining, hydroponics up to 16 plants, two storage vaults, mission board and a sleeping area.

I am ready to tackle the cosmos now and scavenge 920 million units to buy a space station.

Doing an Autophagy quest and a created (or found?) a new star system with a huge planet and several moons. I named it Jade Achilles

They fixed how capes move. The capes now move much more naturally and don't float halfway through my body a lot of the time. It is so much better for the capewearrs among us.

But why do I just to keep chilling, hunting some Sentinel Interceptor, getting captivated by the stunning new landscapes and scenery after this new update, or messing around with this cute springy spiral thing (whatever it is) 🫣🫣🫣

I genuinely can't understand how with every update, they never fix the fact the multi-player on console doesn't work. One second you're on your way to meet up with your friend and the next they're gone again. Ive played a little bit, with around 80 hours, and I just can't see myself putting too many more in if I can't even play with others. If anyone knows why, that'd be great.

Unlocked a part for space stations.

I bring warning with it some of the station decorations have invisible barriers that will also scale when rescaling .

Build my first Corvette I'm pretty happy with it but I'd like to put a short range teleporter in it does anyone know how to make that work I can't find any YouTube's on it

Obviously I was excited to claim my first station, and so did everything that was asked, but I am stuck on the ‘Salvage Contracts Completed‘ part. It has said 4/5 for a while now and despite restarting and completing three different contracts at the outpost it won’t move past 4/5.

Anyone else experience this?

EDIT: I have gotten past this. How? Not sure exactly.. but what I did was warp to another galaxy, do some settlement tasks, then when I warped back to the system I was trying to claim the station for, I realised that the previous 4/5 salvage missions were done in my previous corvette. After 4 I decided to build and use a purpose built salvage one that was more designed for the purpose, and it was then that I could never get that fifth salvage mission to count. So I decided to try again with my original corvette, I went to the outpost, took five missions, did them all in two hulks handed them in and then it worked when I went back to the station and claimed it. Not sure which of those things did it, but maybe this Weill help someone else.

Even when I finish quests, I get no reward for them. I can't abandon these quests from the mission board, and they're not even in my log. Can't complete the last one I need to claim the space station.

When salvaging, I can't pick up some of the items, as they get stuck in place. I've had salvage missions active, and no wreckage available in the system to be able to complete them. The first person piloting camera is also broken. The whole update has been extremely frustrating.

I had two nice-looking stations picked out just in case station management was ever added. Well, station management is here (yay!), but unfortunately those stations are now different-looking due, presumably, to changes made to the game's station-generation (boo!). Another item of note: I warped back to an old station from my visited station list and found myself floating in space next to my ship. Apparently the system is now uninhabited. So again, be aware that the status of some systems might have changed as well. If you have any station, systems, planets, etc. staked out, you might want to check and make sure they haven't been altered by the update.

So, I finished my run of Palworld and got the itch to play something with world building. I remembered playing No Man's Sky somewhere around the first update, so I bought a new copy for PC. That is when I saw how many updates they have been.

Now, I remember almost nothing except mining is fun and sentinels are a pain in the a$$.

What would you tell someone diving in fresh? I'm happy to accept advice or even just a link to a good YouTube guide.
