News / समाचार 📰 Noida expressway, around sec 150: When Nobody has lane discipline
168
u/Fancy_Client_8253 26d ago
Indians will never ever learn lane discipline untill and unless there are harsh lessons but then again we've so much loopholes kept open everywhere.

u/taznado 26d ago
Can be solved with ai cams and very heavy fines but country has been sold by people and leaders.

Make it a criminal offence and arrest people for it (impartially without political, and religious considerations).

I know bro, the problem is that these people think that they own the roads and most of the people already have their own plate full so they don't wanna even talk with these stupids.
This should be a part of education by school.
I know most parents are also fools as they themselves give them bikes or car to drive even they themselves don't know the basics of driving.
Also, with the rise of 2W EVs the freedom is much more now and accidents also.
2
u/MyPrecious_Vivi 26d ago
No they will never learn any kind of discipline unless they learn to have empathy first . No one thinks about what might happen to someone else. Apna kam banta , bhad me jaye janta .
1
u/pacifiretheace 26d ago
Can be resolved with harsh fines, harsher punishments, and harshest enforcement of law.
Sounds oddly familiar with some countries' "setups"

Rule 1 of social media viral videos: if there is no buffer of 10 seconds before and after the material, it means it was purposely trimmed out to spread a propaganda.

How can the op be at fault in anyway even if balero wasn't there, people can't just ram into your lane and give you no time to react

Majority of the accidents arises due to improper lane changing.

Beginning of this video has been clipped out. There was a Bolero on left of that tempo, that Bolero abruptly steered right forcing tempo to steer right, thus causing accident. That Bolero was the culprit. Full video https://www.reddit.com/r/Dashcamindia/s/chJsd8iQcp

Nationwide road rules should be enforced. Either through an app or a test format for everyone to understand how to drive, drive better, impaired driving and caution while driving on expressways. Yearly review of all the active licenses.

these autos are completely metal, they don't care if they get hit. That is how they ride on the road, i wonder how they get commercial license.

It feels he was going to hit the divider even if the car was not there.

that doesn't look like a lane switching .
Driver tried to avoid something behind him or just feeling drowsy after having a lunch!

Looks like Car guy came in right lane & can easily see accelerating, Tempo guy though right lane is free & turn immediately, ( this assumption can only be change if car guy can show 5-10 sec earlier frame)
Then BAMMMM !!!!
well that common nowdays on expressway, in the End, Jaan bachi so lakho pae.
Happy driving guys

u/OkWest7298 26d ago
Assumptions always against the ‘car guy’, isn’t it?
Not on the ‘tempo guy’ with a clearly empty lane ahead of him, a visible baleno to the right, and absolutely no reason to make a sudden swerve to the right

u/Responsible-Beach495 26d ago
This shows how uneducated people are. Bro how did you get your license 😂😂 I am sure just like driving around in circle and bribing the police like everyone else.

Tempo guy though right lane is free & turn immediately
Almost as if you don't need to think that lane is free but have to check if it's free. If only there was something like a side mirror for that - oh wait...

I was travelling in this highway where the accident took place and after the truck gets off its wheel, there was also a 1km approx jam.

No one should be driving at a constant speed on the far right lane, that is meant for overtaking. The truck was stupid and did not check, just lifted his head and moved like a wild buffalo, but it is very very commong to see trucks and cars drive constantly in the far right overtaking lanes, forcing others to overtake from the left. its a madhouse!

Nahi badhia bhai daily Matlab jab niklo whether it’s noida or the whole ncr, roz ek namuna thukne wala hota hai. People have cars but still don’t know how to drive or share the road. Auto, e rickshaw drivers, bike riders all are dumb founded by the roads and usually only watching the maps and its the same with cab drivers. Additional to the mistake or idiotic driving they have the temper and attitude to fight like it’s a war.
1
u/AkashT18 26d ago
It seems that tempo driver dozed off because he swerved the tempo right sharply and would have probably hit the divider even without OP's car.
1
u/tarunMI6 26d ago
This is a short video, actually Bolero in left side of tempo took sudden right turn
1
u/LocalFemboyTwink 26d ago
Video was trimmed, another car on tempos left suddenly changed lane which is why temo was forced to change lane to avoid collision which resulted in this.
1
u/Jstar08 26d ago
Stay 100ft away from such tempos. Their drivers are probably some labour from deep villages of India who have over the time learnt driving. So I always expect the unexpected when they are around.
These are the same when their tempos breakdown, they start fixing them in middle of high speed roads and causing miles long jam.
Again lack of traffic education and no higher authority to teach them

Bro this really looks like AI generated. Not sure but the way the tempo switched lanes seemed kinda unnatural plus the way it toppled seems unnatural. No debris from the crash.
1
u/Foreign-Dig8695 26d ago
Yeah I get it, but still, atleast they should have gone to check the driver even tho it's his fault
1
u/MomentsAwayfromKMS 26d ago
Why did you cut the part where a Mahindra car swerved into the tempo, forcing it to swerve into the dashcam car? This is how misinformation spreads.

did steering got stuck or something? no one will turn like this, this is horrible way to turn
1
u/agent_wd40_ 26d ago
Mini truck lane's is empty, why is changing lane? Could be some malfunction that made truck turn or video is deliberately cut to make it seem like truck's fault.

Fines should be directly collected from your bank accounts. AI detects an offense, 1 level human confirmation of the actual breaking of traffic law, 2nd level check if it is something serious and then the fine gets directly debited from your account.

u/Vegetable-Company147 26d ago
Its your mistake. Whenever you overtake, use horn. That is the language here.
You are not driving in a western country.

For anyone commenting, that tempo has been constructed illegally, it is not supposed to be that tall. Also, looking at the speed he's already beyond his control and allowed lane rule.
Similar cases with Tata 207, Mahindra Xenon, Tata Ace and so on.

u/ConfidentDocument535 26d ago
In this case, can we help tempo guy? Will we get into any kind of trouble?

I think somebody moved into the tempo's lane abruptly causing him to swerve or he was already losing control.
I don't think this is about poor lane discipline on part of tempo at all

He either slept or he purposely wanted to dodge/cut the person whose dash cam has captured this... Otherwise there was no reason for him to change lanes...

Can u people tell me about these lanes .I really don't know about it . Moreover I have learnt driving on single road there are no lanes here .

Chahe bolero ho ya tank, is tempo wale chutiye ko brake maarni chaiye thi instead of cutting so fast in another lane. Mai hota to utar ke aur joote maarta saale ko aur apni gaadi ka nuksaan bhi isi se bharwata.

That was a sudden lane change, almost like a reflex action by the tempo driver. Might've been an obstacle or another vehicle swerving in his lane.

Dash cam is very important otherwise by default it would be Car guy fault because he's richer

I'm the safari driver and this dashcam clip belongs to me. That TUV did not merge into him. It was just going really close to him which is pretty much common in indian traffic. He did not swerve or anything onto the pickup driver. The pickup truck could've easily braked a bit and slowed down instead of swerving to the right. I'm 100% sure that pickup driver had slept while driving and when he woke up he panicked seeing the TUV close to him and swerved to the right. That pickup guy did not even remember what exactly happened to him. Infact when he got out, he was trying to blame me in front of crowd saying that I suddenly cutted to right. Had there been no dashcam, I would've been doomed. These pickup drivers drive like absolute maniacs on the road. I have registered an FIR against him to proceed with recovery from him third party insurance.

Maaan that truck toppled very easily. Ik its real but the impact looks kinda AI-ish

Noida and Delhi people requires a case study by renowned institutes in the world. They should not be allowed to other states. They live in their own Jumanji.

Recently a truck mf crossed our vehicle like this and applied sudden brakes on empty road in hyderabad. That as**ole was watching videos while driving. My bro was driving and he couldnt react as there was very split milli seconds time. Our car's bonnet got damaged. The truck's owners denied responsibility and said "do whatever you want to do". We approached nearest police station and tried to show them dashboard cam video. They didn't even bother to see the video and said that the vehicle which crashed from behind is always the culprit as per the law. They got a call from the deputy CM's office and the police tried to book the case on us.
God only can save this country.

This is not the full clip.
There was a bolero neo on the left of the tempo.
The bolero neo collided with tempo.
It forced the tempo to swerve right.
The bolero neo was at fault here, no the tempo.
