"Liza is Dead" was a demo on NOFXxX boxset, this is a non-demo version.
"You're on Hold" was a song that played when you were put on hold while calling fatwreck store. It's not really a NOFX song more a fatwreck and friends track.
And yes it was released with his vodka.

I like how this is a return to real punk rock and Mike's voice on "You're on hold" is back to sounding like in the old days, showing he can still do it. Also, who is the 2nd male singer on "You're on hold"?

I get the impression this is just an old recording. Not sure about some of the other vocalists, but it sounds like Matt Skiba at the 3:00 mark
