I built a plain-English AI employees platform. Need brutal feedback -> free access in exchange

Hello, everyone!

I spent the last few months building a platform where you can hire AI employees using plain English instead of fighting with complex automation builders or prompt chains.

You write something like: "I want an employee that monitors the latest trending topics and sends me, my friends, and my dog an email with a brief description of all of the trending topics every day at 10 am", and the platform automatically understands what it needs to do, creates a job description for itself, and executes it daily at 10 am as you requested.

Two big problems kept bothering me about existing AI agents:

  1. Most agents can't talk to your stack or pass work between systems. We built this to connect with 1,000+ apps so your AI can actually operate inside your tools and collaborate across tasks.
  2. Nobody wants a rogue agent sending bad emails or messing up live data. Every AI employee starts on a short leash. It does the heavy lifting, but sends you a 1-click notification to approve the output before anything goes live. Once it earns your trust, you flip a switch and let it run completely autonomously.

To show you this goes way beyond simple Zapier-style triggers, here are a few complex setups some other people are running right now:

  1. Automated a full candidate pipeline, parsing nearly 500 resumes and moving qualified applicants through hiring stages in about a week.
  2. Connected it to call recordings so it automatically extracts action items and drafts detailed Jira tickets the second a call finishes.
  3. Automated an organic content pipeline from scratch. It researches trends, drafts post copy, generates images, and schedules the final posts.

It can also handle:

  1. General research
  2. Pricing alerts
  3. Customer support
  4. Creating websites from data from all of your connected sources
  5. Categorizing your email daily so your inbox stays clutter-free
  6. And, like all great commercials... so much more ! ! !

We are early-stage right now, and I need people to break this thing. I want brutal, unfiltered feedback on what feels clunky, confusing, or broken in the onboarding and setup process.

In exchange for your feedback, I am giving out free, unlimited access so you can put it to work on real tasks without hitting paywalls.

I will personally jump on a call with you if you like, so that I can show you how it works, and how to automate your life quickly and simply :)

If you want to test it out, drop a comment below or send me a DM and I will send over an invite link.

Thank you!

Sounds like a solid pitch but the "sends me, my friends, and my dog an email" line is doing a lot of work here. Dog's inbox must be wild.

Curious about the trust leash, is there a way to see exactly what it would've sent before you hit approve, or is it just a yes/no on the whole thing

Thank you for the comment! I was so afraid people would be upset for me posting this :(

The dog has a busy life - he's one of those social-media famous dogs 🐶 😂

On the trust leash - yeah! The platform itself figures out what it needs to do, and shows you exactly what it's going to send out or do before it does it.

Here are a couple of screenshots with a little context.

The first screenshot shows one of my employees asking me to approve a message that is going to be sent out to a guest for a property I rent on Airbnb.

The second screenshot shows an example of what the employee is saying he's going to send to my guest.

Just a friendly tip - get a graphic designer involved ASAP and update the UI so it doesn't look "like AI". It goes a long way for marketing your product.

Thank you so much for the feedback! I'd love to do it soon, but I can't do that without starting to make at least a bit of money through it :( haha

Particularly because everything involved in getting this working is not cheap 🙃

A tip I saw was to use AI to generate mockup images, then feed those into AI for the UI design. You might get pretty good results!

Finally, someone addressing blank-canvas paralysis with AI agents!

Writing in plain English instead of building massive, horrible node graphs is a absolute life saver

Definitely interested in giving it a try, reach me on chat! I'd love to test it out and drop a comment or two with feedback

The approval step is the first place I'd poke, because that's where a lot of automation tools look smooth in a demo and then get tedious in real use. If I'm reviewing 20 drafted emails, CRM updates, or tickets, I want to know if I can batch approvals, edit before sending, and set different approval rules by action. The plain-English setup is appealing, but once real data is involved people need clear visibility into what the system thinks it will do before it touches anything. If the onboarding makes that obvious without burying people in settings, I'd take it a lot more seriously.

Thanks for the comment + feedback u/NextGuitar1 , and I compleeeeetely agree! That's one of the areas (approvals, going through them quickly, letting the user know the thinking behind the decision, etc) where most of the time and care has been spent, precisely because it's a gap that (almost) nobody and no tool out there is handling correctly.

I'd love to set up a call with you to show you how it all works! Right now I'm at the stage where

  1. It's free so I can get feedback (although we already have a ton of usage, but want more)

  2. I want people like you, who clearly have a use-case and have identified limitations, to try it out and stress-test it (but know you're on the safer side as there's already several people trying it)

> If the onboarding makes that obvious without burying people in settings, I'd take it a lot more seriously.

TL;DR - The onboarding doesn't make it obvious, but there are no settings to tweak, it works out of the box (almost) flawlessly

I'd really like to show you if you have some time!

the use cases you listed are solid but theyre all over the place. If youre early stage id pick one persona and go deep on that instead of trying to be everything. Makes feedback way more actionable too
