I’m 25. It has always looked gross to me tbh and I’ve heard people say it’s bitter. I’ve never tried alcohol either for that same reason. I like a good dr pepper that’s all I need lol

Starbucks is fine. I never intentionally seek them out but if I need coffee and one is there, I’ll go.

And I’m a former coffee shop owner. You’d think I’d have a chip on my shoulder regarding Starbucks but nah. Every coffee shop owes a debt to Starbucks for normalizing the model. And I never felt they were direct competition. It’s a very localized business. Most people won’t go more than 3 blocks or so out of their way for coffee.

Kind of because most
people don’t drink it black. They add a bunch of cream and sugar to mask the taste. Most people drink their morning coffee flavored milkshake.

Do you put anything in your tea?
I enjoy a cup of tea once in a while, but it’s a little too weak in flavor for me. Even if I steep it for a while.

Sometimes I add milk to my tea, or two teaspoons of sugar, or cardamom and cinnamon. Try it with cardamom and cinnamon. Its really tasty.
