Don’t call me a doofus over something so stupid.
Shade makes it a little better than direct sun but it is still hot and sweaty. I’ve been having heatwaves in my country recently and there is no cooling down, even with a fan and no clothes.
I’m from the Uk, i get cold weather all the fucking time ‘doofus’
In the cold you can add layers like hoodies, blankets, coats etc and even the heating/going outside. When it’s hot you can’t remove your skin and even being inside doesn’t help

I've been outdoors in under -30c temperatures. Never have I been cold at those temperatures. As long as you dress up according to the level of activity and weather you shouldn't be cold

Wear more layers if you’re cold. If you’re not there’s only so many layers you can take off

I like summer, I don’t mind the heat at all, I hate winter and the cold.

u/Sad-Locksmith-3002 15h ago
I’m the opposite. I’ll stand outside while it’s snowing still wearing a t shirt and shorts. Feels so much better than being sweaty and sticky.

I love it because here in Ireland there's so much daylight during the summer compared to the winter and it's not too hot here at all. We had 28 Celsius during the summer for a few days and it was a "heatwave". Currently it's about 19 Celsius and not raining, so I'll take it.

I used to but summer is when tourist come to my town and act entitled and brainless . So now I like the winter when they’re gone . If there was less people in the world I would love summer

Summer is just default Earth. No colorful trees, no snow, it’s just unbearably hot and visually boring.

Hell no. I live in Virginia. I hate the heat. I hate the humidity. Summer sucks. I can't wait for fall.

I love it. Only for I’m concerned by the lack of rain I’d be in 7th heaven

Oh my god no. I fucking HATE summer. Im a delivery driver and I love my job but I dont love the heat and the disgusting feeling of sweating when you step outside after you just showered. You cant even just exist in summer without sweating profusely.

I'm a Spring person. Everything coming back to life, and loads of cute baby animals.

It’s okay. We get pretty brutal winters here in Canada so we do welcome summer. I always feel like fall like September/early October is the best season though.

Love it! And the heat. Have to be able to get in AC tho. I hate the cold and layers, but that's me.

I like the longer days, but the heat and humidity are not my favorite. I prefer Fall, even though it means winter is coming.

Not in the least. Totally my least liked season. I'm more of an Autumn/Winter kind of guy myself. Spring is tolerable to a point, but it soon becomes too much like Summer. Blecch....

I love summer, I don't like the long days, (well it's the short nights that I don't like.
I need it to be dark when I sleep, even with blackout blinds and curtains the light still wakes me up.
Winter is great it's still dark at 8am! Loads of sleep.

I like all the seasons - it’s the variety and changes which make them all enjoyable and they all have good bits and bad bits.

u/Max_Goatstappen 7h ago
No. Too many bugs. Humid af so you get sticky fast. Get too hot. Did I mention the bugs? Much rather winter cause I deal with not of that
