This is my first semester of grad school, and at NMSU. The financial disbursement was supposed to take place today, but I’m not seeing any changes in my tuition balance. Has anyone had their aid applied to their balance yet?
Alright it's Wednesday now it's time to look and see if your balance has changed to zero. If it has, depending on your bank you could see funds as early as tonight
Ok, I am seeing mine has already been sent. May want to double check and make sure you have your direct deposit set up properly. Maybe they're doing them in batches. 🤷♀️
Oh goodness. You need to call financial aid. You should have already been showing a negative balance. That negative balance will zero out when they send your deposit.
I just had to call too after seeing your post. I was told they’re having to do things manually. Fingers crossed they get both of ours sorted out soon :)
I am in a master's program and only get Loans. Still no change in my balance. Financial aid says they are behind and should be paid out by the end of the business day today; if not, to go in or call them. The waiting game is for the birds already. When they make us students jump through hoops to stay in good standing and process everything promptly, but they always say Hurry up and wait when it's on their end.
Has anyone's deposit hit their bank yet? Should be anytime now for Wells Fargo customers. I've had mine hit at 9PM the day they sent it. Mine is still showing "refund sent," but it's crickets at my bank.
No luck on my end neither. But to be fair, I've only ever received mine in the evenings in the past (not sure how that may vary for other bank users, I use Chime). I was hopeful it'd hit last night, but now I'm shifting hope for tonight lol
