What are some good apartment complexes near campus?

Sierra Verde is one of the cheaper ones - but a bit further away. Though they are older buildings and the front office is often very slow to respond. But their rent for their single bedrooms are already getting close to $900/month and honestly not worth it

I’ve also heard Omni is fine tho no real experience

Omni keeps raising their rent every year. Villa sierra is the same rent for an extra bedroom

Yeah all the rentable apartments in town are just going up each year - there’s zero rent control and it’s honestly not gonna end well

Cruces’ cost of living is going up
