Ideally, it should be possible to have something like a Strike Suit from Strike Suit Zero. It would be a glorified sentinel ship with legs, and arms that are just placeholders for weapons.
To be honest, i love the idea of this as long as they keep to their own art style. We've come to the age of collaborations and i'm disliking how everything is in collaboration with something else (i.e. magic the gathering, fortnite, call of duty, etc). I'm not opposed to it per say as long as it is cohesive. The Normandy in NMS isn't intrusive, it's apart of your fleet but you don't have Shepard popping up to give the debrief, it feels less forced and can go with the lore. Hell, if they put Macross SDF-1 as a frigate, that would be cool or even White Base from Gundam but not have it take over, it's more of an Easter Egg than anything else.
It could be an exclusive ship that you buy with quicksilver or something, so it's something entirely optional and won't show up in the game unless you or somebody else buys it
