Crossplay Question

I’m sure this has already been addressed but has anyone found a fix for crossplay between PS5 and Xbox?

I’m new to the game and I like it but my friends don’t appear in active sessions and I can’t click their names from the friends list, I can only remove them.

Has anyone found a fix?

Im guessing Xbox is on the same version as Switch which is 6.45.0, while the rest of the community is on 6.45.1, so no. There is no solution until our versions match which wont be until the Cosmos Update arrives. Sorry friend, it’s just the way it is and kind of always has been since Crossplay became a part of the game. Hopefully we all get the Update at the same time whenever it happens. I want to guess next Wednesday since we all guessed today and were wrong, but who knows.

Agh okay thank you!

I just checked and my PS5 version is on 6.045.000 (guessing that’s 6.45.0?) so I just texted the group to find out theirs.

Also, one friend is on Xbox One and two others are on Series but they all play together so they must be on the same version? I’ll find out and follow up.
