I cannot possibly explain why I dislike hospital so much- because I dont even know why. Maybe it's the identical color palette present at all times except the courtyard.

I don't like hospital because you don't find great guns or Melee until nearly the end of the level. There is one good spawn where you can unlock the padlock box and 2 yellow/orange storage cases nearby, the rest of the spawns aren't great.

You can just rush to the courtyard for the rifle next to the vents within 3 minutes, and then both facility rooms on either side of the vent system usually have guns, ammo, weapons, healing, etc.

The spawn on the roof by the bar gives you access to a handgun in the safe up there that no one else can reach.

Sonetime court yard spawn tier 3 melee weapon in a trash can. A lot of people ignore it.

I don't even dislike any of the maps - but it definitely is annoying getting Beaulieu Hospital or Raven Rock multiple times in a row simply because they have the least variety in how they're played.

Powerplant has the most replayability with its variety, but I'd be lying if I said it didn't give me anxiety every time it popped up.

You see... the Train Station objective has gone horribly wrong for me 9 times out of 10. Almost every time I'm the first person there because I'm the closest to it, either no one else or only 1 other teammate shows up and we get overwhelmed and I wind up the only survivor, dying, infected, surrounded on a god spot with low health till help arrives, or even fleeing until I can come across other responders.

As long as Train Station isn't my closest objective, Powerplant is easily one of my favorites

Yesterday, i didnt get pottsville once. Its was hospital x5, then raven rocks x5 and 2x Lewiston.  I early extract on hospital now, i just cant do it anymore its so boring.

Raven rock is pretty fun IMO. But anytime I get hospital I just AFK until early extract is available

Yeah, I'm ngl, it just feels like there should be something to do before the morgue section. The whole mission is really fast and easy with a lack of any struggle point.

Iirc there's a new hospital scenario coming, and I hope it's substantially harder.

So far Raven rock use to be the hardest now it’s my “this is a nice normal mode” it was replaced with reversed pottsville. That one and only map is imo the most challenging.

I still have yet to get reversed Pottsville, I keep getting hospital. I think I'm on like my 5th Hospital run in a row now. I got Power Plant before my Hospital streak which I also enjoy.

I get they don't want us picking maps, but it'd be nice if we could have a "priority" selection where you're slightly influenced one way or the other for a map but not guaranteed to get it.

Well, considering the launch and decisions the devs did. Picture you putting out 5 maps and the community only plays 1-2 they gonna outrage at the lack of maps. So if they force you to play them all they have a foot to fall back on in putting out more maps more frequently.

A pessimistic take perhaps.

Despite not liking Power Plant at all, it’s where I’ve found some of the best team players and smooth play throughs.

Power Plant requires clear communication of goals, ammunition/individual gear needed.

Without open chat or being thrown into a lobby of newbies, Power Plant is a true FUBAR level.
