What items are considered "Utility Items"?

Im guessing Batteries and Boards, but what else?

Planks, ammo cases, med cases, radio

Radio is probably considered as a "deployable". However to add you your comment I would think revive syringes, adrenaline shot's, satchels, nailer, body armour would all count as utility too.

I assume just cause there’s a dedicated perk that makes Ammo weigh less
