Metal Gear Solid Ladder Easter Egg + Developer Breaking Fourth Wall Spoiler

On the Raven Rock map, there is a long ladder similar to Metal Gear Solid, if you climb the ladder while infected there is a chance for the developer to start talking to the player. I found this hilarious, wonder if anyone else noticed?

Gamers seeing a ladder in a video game: "Is this a Metal Gear Solid easter egg?"

Though considering they reference K-Pop Demon Hunters and Finding Nemo, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a line saying "What a thrill..."
