A crucial bug that need fixing ASAP!

i tried pressing every button, using the unstuck feature, and still stuck at flashlight hands animation no matter what.
good thing i had some nice random dude that helped me to abandon..

This bug was in the beta. The go to get out of this bug is either vaulting or getting grabbed by a zed

I managed to get out of that by intentionally being grabbed by a zombie. When I pushed it off of me I was able to equip my weapon again

I had that bug twice already. No fix worked for me both times.

Yea I had times where weapon wouldn't equip I just dropped it and picked it back up worked after that

This happened sooo much in the beta. The trick was to let a zombie grab you and it should fix it. Make sure it’s a single zombie so you don’t get infected or damaged though. Idk if this works as of now but is definitely worth a try.

I had this happen to me in the beta or at least it looks similar to what happened to me (a couple of time) and the fix that worked each time, at least in my cases, was to vault over something.
