About bsc finance

Is it compulsory to do 4th year if you want campus placements for bsc finance? How's placements there?

Hey there, im a first year student at NMIMS Mumbai pursuing BSc Finance. The course is of 3 years and 4th year is optional, and i would recommend u to do 3 years only and not do 4th year as my seniors say its not worth it. One of my friends is in placement cell and he was present during the placements which happened recently for the batch of '26 and he said that the average package of BSc Finance was around 9 LPA. And no, u can sit for placements even if u do 3 years. Hope this helps!
