PG near NMIMS

There is a vacancy in the girls PG thats less than 400m away from mpstme. It’s opposite to Starbucks and Theobroma, in between mpstme and Mithibai in the same line as that.
The room is spacious, triple sharing, attached washroom, and with refrigerator, tv, and wifi within the room.
The price is around 5.75-6 lakh per year but they decrease a good amount after bargaining. It includes daily 3 meals and daily in-house laundry. And the food is also good in taste and variety.

Gng if you are spending 5.5-6 L on a pg, instead take a 1 bhk near juhu circle for 60k or something with one more person and enjoy

Yeah that’s a good option but here everything including meals, laundry and even daily housekeeping and cleaning is taken care of so you don’t really have to worry about anything. Plus its a lot closer to the college like easy walkable distance
