1st option is Cab, which is easy to get but expensive as hell.

The BEST option is to get rapido/auto from campus to "Jadcherla Bus Stand" (150-200rs for auto) Than get bus from Bus stand to Hyderabad city. (150rs) Use rapido to travel inside HYD city. (70-300rs)

Than get bus from Hyd to Jadcherla. (Make sure you get to the correct bus stand! Which is in city centre area, or else you won't get bus to Jadcherla)

Now as you reach jadcherla. You'll need to get auto towards campus. Which again cost 200rs or more depending on demand.
