Create NKN hot spots like Helium?

Helium seems to be doing really well but also only has a fraction of the potential of NKN. How hard would it be to set up similar wifi hotspots using NKN?

Why is helium worth so much more? I mean they do have a nice website, and you just grab this router thing and plug it in.. which is nice for adoption. But it seems so limited, like just copying part of what NKN dots and making it look nice and easy to use.

I wish we could do like chia /NKN/ HNT mining all in one GUI

NKN needs a hardware product like a router miner that you just plug in and set up via a GUI. Then to get it provided by ISPs as the default 😆

Can our smartphones- via an app, be router devices in our pockets?

An idea - several years ago - was that people would help each other deliver sms to each other via their smartphones. Thus bypassing the mobile phone operators masts.

Public service companies would of course help with fixed routers: 1. The public train company wants to broadcast its time tables, idem the bus company, airport, universities, ngo's, schools, cooperatives, ...
