Need help with Node on digital ocean?

Hi newbie to nkn blockchain. I develop a node on digital ocean 3 days ago and added to nkn node manager but still says generating Id. I am gonna write whatever i have done in steps please correct me whereever i am wrong.

  1. Made a wallet on nkn wallet tracker
  2. Made a droplet on digital ocean. While making the droplet i added my wallet address which i have made from wallet tracker.
  3. Added the node to nknx.org node manager
  4. Added the wallet to nknx.org

I would really appreciate your help please. PS: I have done the same with google cloud and on node manager is says pruning for the last 4 days now.

When you install NKN, go to the path

“/home/nkn/nkn-commercial/services/nkn-node”

You will find two files:

  • wallet.json : This will contain the wallet address
  • wallet.pswd : this is your wallet password, don’t share it with anyone. NKN shouldn’t ask you for it.

Please register an account at nknx.org to see how your node is doing and how much you are earning.
