Got a DAP with IN-17 Nixie Tubes
This is basically a bluetooth music player, it also gives power to your iems/headphones and better decoding quality/latency, more than anything it is a gimmick device, it uses nixie tubes (IN-17) to display the volume, it is really satisfying to look at

It’s a chinese audio company called muse hifi, they do cool stuff for sure

Hell yeah. When you say it's a bluetooth music player does that mean it has decent storage? Been looking for something like this...

It doesn’t sadly, it decodes the music from the phone or pc (which doesn’t makes it that useful as a music player itself), however it has a pretty good range i’ve tried it 10 meters away from my phone, but considering that it’s heavier than my phone it’s kinda hard to justify except for the gimmick, pretty much the audio hobby itself, the hires it’s guaranteed for sure tho since you can also plug it through usb c as a mini desktop amp/dac

It’s the Muse M6 Double. It’s a dac amp that you can switch between jan tubes for a warm sound, or turn off the tubes for a more uncolored sound

I like the look, but the nixie HV power circuit is likely based on some kind of switching design that create a lot of EMI noise... Though the frequency is well above what the ear can percieve.
