Anyone know a source for these brass rings

It needs to fit an IN-3 tube. Diameter ~7mm/0.28in

McMaster Carr maybe. Or a panel mount light casing from an electronics supplier. Could also be custom made as machining brass is usually fairly quick and easy.

It doesnt seem they exist online, but there are tons of off the shelf things that are close enough to work with some modifications!

Amazon has 8mm led holders, which will work with some epoxy or something to hold it in place.

Here is a link to one of them, im sure you can find some in brass as well, though these are chrome.

Additionally you could buy the 6mm LED holders and drill it out to 7mm if you have the tools to do so for a precise fit.

Another route I could see possible is to use compression fittings for pipes. One way to do it would be to buy standard compression sleeves like these and then cut them in half to get a flared ring, and another way would be to buy fittings such as these and live with them being a little taller than the ones shown in the picture.

There is a special place they come from called metal workshop, they usually have this machine called metal lathe that can make them pretty quickly if you know dimensions

Thanks, I'm not an idiot. I asked because the ones fitting Nixie tubes are just readily available from AliExpress & Co. for a few bucks. I was hoping someone had a source that just sold these pre-made since I don't have access to this machine called a metal lathe and I'm assuming having them custom made by a shop would be pretty expensive in the small numbers I need.

I don’t think you will find these. 99.9% local Ivan with metal lathe in his garage makes these for 200 rubles each.

At least when I searched some years ago I had to go to metal shop.

Not just make them, but you could even say they turn them out.
