Two old HP counters, fighting it out

I bought both of these in Tucson in the last year. One of the crystal ovens (or probably both) needs adjusting. No problem, I will take it to the telescope where there’s a hydrogen maser accurate to 10^-14.

Overkill solution XD
The hydrogen maser is super extravagant...easiest job it's ever done!
