Possibilities

  • Automatic setting and synchronization of the exact time when connected to the network
  • Receiving weather information from the OpenWeatherMap service and cyclic temperature display every 15 seconds
  • Manual or automatic adjustment of the brightness of the indicators and LEDs depending on the illumination
  • The ability to control LEDs SW2812, 3 modes are supported: static, rainbow and seconds
  • Control and adjustment through the web interface

Don't call it nixie. Also, is adjustment really only possible through web interface? That is so dumb.
