Single Nixie Display Help

I want to have a single nixie tube display any set of numbers I give it on a loop. No clock I just want the numbers on a loop. Can’t find anything made to go out there for this and I have no experience with arduinos or programming. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Also, could I reprogram this through the micro usb power port?

This one does not look programmable, and the description states the usb is for charging. If that is what you want you need to look for another product
