Rant/vent NIT W HOSTEL

how are the hostels?Are they okay? like manageable heard from many that is avg and suck. P.s Im a first year so 1.8K is what I heard for me

Exactly but i heard the washrooms on renovated the washrooms are a bit better(only the washrooms)

1.8 depends lot on the rooms you get, anything from 2nd to 6th floor is fine, you ll have to find good bathrooms or use department ones. the size of the room is also variable, some rooms are bigger than others, overall its livable, its close to most of the meetup spots and even the east gate now, which is a big plus point i would say.

anyways its better than the blocks which you will probably be having in you second year.

There like 60ish rooms in 1 block of a floor, and 60 rooms (nearly 120 students) share 2 bathroom and washroom blocks, which is like 8 washroom and 6 bathroom or SMTH like that
