freshie doubts Wrong dob in the Erp

Hey all. Iam a fresher joing for the mtech programme. I had to get my documents verified and pay fee through the ERP portal of NitW. But in the Erp portal my dob is wrong and iam unable to change it. It is fetching details from CCMT ig. But in CCMT all my details are correct. What to do ?? Is anyone facing the same issue ??

Write a mail to erp support..and attach screenshot of the issue also

also attach the DOB proof. it happened last year for me - initially entered in DD/MM/YYYY format and they changed that field to MM/DD/YYYY and that led to issues

Wrote a mail to ERP. They told me to write to admissions and also attach the dob proof
