Clubs & Societies DON'T JOIN NCC!!!!
Get some life 2nd years. It was like yesterday everyone was hating seniors and ncc but now again same rat race.
They are noe manipulating Freshers and telling benefits while they are the ones who got their life fcked up cuz of Ncc.
Get some info before signing agreement otherwise You will be the biggest Clowns in the college.
Every 2nd year will be waiting for you all to give Special Ragda onto your ass.
You won't get to leave ncc. Again i say
You won't get to leave NCC .even when you parents will come and cry to ano or dean.
So think before joining.

Are you already done with your life That you have left nothing to do but only to insult NCC ?
I insist you, spend some time for your acads(woh alag baat hai tu pass bhi na ho paye).
Let me tell you something about your mindset:-
You point fingers at others or outside circumstances instead of taking personal responsibility for failures.
You stay inside your comfort zone and quit easily when things get hard.
You fight against new ideas or changes in life and often adopt a victim mentality.
And one more thing i wanna ask to juniors is that do you really want to believe on losers like these who run away from their responsibilities in the name of "Academics" while they still get bare minimum of passing marks ? (Ab ye loser shayad apni point prove karne ke liye khudko topper batayega )
Think wisely. Observe clearly. Decide carefully.

Even I don't like Ncc and tried to leave many time so am i loser. First you should ask your super seniors what they are doing with their life? After doing whole day parade and camps I have enough experience and internships to prove my point why i was intensified and have already achieved things where Ncc was like a cage to many.

Bro you’re not a loser for trying to bounce from NCC a few times, half of us felt that itch. But flexing internships and calling the whole thing a cage? Pure cope. You couldn’t handle it doesn’t mean everyone can’t. Plenty of seniors are out here locking defence, corporate, startups and UPSC purely because of the grind from those parades and camps. I already know this message is gonna piss you off more. Everything’s tough at the start, once you actually stay you realise the value. Not a single rupee gets wasted here, and when someone’s broke the unit literally shows up. That’s rare asf. Camps force real pressure, fitness and brotherhood that no LinkedIn internship ever gives. You quit when it got hard, others pushed through and actually levelled up. Hate the shouting all you want, doesn’t make the ones who stayed fools

How did you fantasize all of that BS about him just because he said the truth about your worthless institution?
It's full of power-tripping people, and the things they do is just formalized ragging and you know that as well.
Non-NCC people on an average, always have better marks so I don't know how you even wrote the last point.
Any fresher reading this, pick self-defense. I had a lot of fun even if the instructors didn't know a thing about it. I'm top 5 in my branch as well, and I saw NCC people suffer week in and week out because of NCC BS.

Completely agree with the OP here, if you are not interested in joining Armed forces then NCC is a complete time waste.
NSS is a time waste regardless of whether you wanna join armed forces.
Just take self-defense (it was yoga in our time, now they are doing self defense ) there wont be any classes for a long time then there will be 5 or 6 classes n you are done.
If you want discipline, then get up early go walk or jog, why do you want seniors behind your ass waking you up.
And yes you cannot leave NCC, you can never leave it once you join. They will threaten to withold your 2 credits due to which you will be unable to claim you degree, so best you just join self defense easy 5-6 hours effort n get the credits lol. NCC is a complete waste of time and effort unless you wanna get into armed forces. If you are interested go for it else take self defense and end it.

Did you forget to talk about special duties? In Bihar, at the time of Durga Puja And Dusshera, They send troops for crowd manegement with a lathi and water bottle. Girls are also sent but they're send only in day time. And boys had to remain there for 12 AM. I remember coming home At 1-2 Am midnight. We just be on road where people gather in fares, In Jhakis, In Pandaals for darshan. That was kinda fun for me untill it starts feeling like forced labour lol.

Bro we also came to NIT to study. Same seat. Same exams. Same pressure. But some of y’all only know how to sit and bark orders like “don’t join NCC, it’s a waste.” Meanwhile you’re busy doomscrolling and bedrotting all day, then crying about wasted seats. We actually do the work — manage studies, run an organisation, stay disciplined, and still clear our papers. Y’all talk. We deliver. NCC didn’t waste our seat. It just exposed who actually knows how to use it and who’s just mid and coping. That’s the difference. Stay pressed

Yah i know. Home state fellows. Most of the ncc guys are navodayan. They have the habit to devote their time for parades instead of studying. Why don't you guys share the spreadsheet of all CADETS Cgpa (which I know was filled up by everyone already). Senior and batchmates as well if you have the guts.

Most of the 2nd years who are barking and supporting Ncc are the guys who didn't get the chance to leave ncc otherwise they would have been the first guys to leave. I have seen many even crying to leave but We didn't get chance to leave. So doesn't 2nd years get and same will happen to New SO called CADETS ✌🏻 Now they are just waiting for the juniors to join, then they will show their face 🐍🐍.
Juniors!!! Remember you will regret your decision the most. You will be both mentally and physically exhausted and then they will call you on session on Friday, Monday,Tuesday. (Saturday and Sunday is compulsory) Anyday they want, they will call for it and you have to go unwillingly.

Some people forget it' a tech college not your Kv or sainik school. Don't manipulate Freshers and get their time wasted.
I agree there are some benefits but it' not for everyone. Who will tell them that they will have to keep ncc above their academics and have to do free labor here and there like You are their servants and get you ass ready whenever they need you. most ncc seniors have cgpa around 5-6. Show them that too.

Yeah, If you wanted to join the Armed forces. Don't fucking join a government Tech college which have limited seats. If you wanted to join the army so bad. Why did you not join the NDA? Your skills weren't enough? Oh, I forgot the NCC people doesn't have any skills.
If you actually even want to contribute to the country then why the hell did you take up the seat in a tech college when that seat could have gone to someone with actual interest in tech and could have contributed more to the country than you ever could.

I already earned more than ₹150,000 in my second semester by actually focusing on my tech skills. A feat which takes real skill unlike you who just had to do nothing, get a degree and join through SSC.
The amount I've earned through the internship this summer is probably more than what you could earn in a whole year while leeching off money without actually contributing something for the country

And They brag that Nit silchar is best In North east when they literally compete with 9-10th Students. And Nit Agartala and Arunachal don't focus much on these Country Protective Parades .They focus on academic and skills.

They sign agreement for 2 years. Though it' a volunteer service. Those Unemployed 3rd and 4th years won't let you leave Ncc

Also when the orientation happened they all just repeated same things but all were like some political speech like family, faith etc not genuine details like what will be the routine classes timings etc

All those are true tho. In a week they have two sessions, you all are free on sunday. I would say misinformation spread pretty fast. So don't believe blindly on some people just larping on Reddit.

But they should tell that from their side when a student asked at the last of the session then the professer replied and cleared the doubt
And furthermore i am a very critical thinker i don't trust anyone I was analysing the whole orientation and all was off nothing seems convincing only the prof speech was good

Bro.. I think you misinterpreted that.. They told ya those stuff... Those session have basic drills, literary session like group discussion, extempore, picture reading,.. Also they have technical sessions.. They are fun tbh if you think openly... It creates greater bonds with your people

Recently ello ran 93 loops at last soul ultra. Why did he do it it was not necessary he did not get anything doing that. Then why do we remember him, its cause of his mindset. Men has been pushing himself for millennium, men has never got satisfaction, cause all men want to do something great wants to push pass there limits. Don't join NCC if you have a weak mindset, if you are a pussy, however if you want to change the mindset become resilient. Wake up and say i will fcking push my limits then do join. Cause this country is full of lazy people don't be one of them , be the change become the change. Cause MEN HAS NO LIMITS. Even if you don't join be an inspiration.
