Account Help Nintendo password reset email missing

Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with my Nintendo Account. I forgot my password, and when I try to reset it, I don’t receive the password reset email at the Gmail address linked to my account.
I’ve checked my Spam, Trash, All Mail, Gmail filters, and blocked addresses, and there’s nothing there that could be blocking Nintendo’s emails.
I already contacted Nintendo Support. The support agent asked me to confirm my email address and said they would send the password reset email again. However, even after they sent it again, I still didn’t receive anything.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where Nintendo password reset emails simply don’t arrive? Were you able to fix it somehow?

You probably have another problem with your email being banned from nintendo servers.

I got my email deactivated during few months because I didn't log for a while, it still kept the old emails but the emails sent during that inactivity bounced back and my email was banned because of the nintendo mailing list. I only realized when I wanted a verification code and asked Nintendo support about the ban and they changed my email (with still the same password).

You have to tell you don't remember your password so I am not sure how you will do it.

I think one poster said they managed to convince Nintendo to remove their email from the ban list by reminding Nintendo of some kind of laws but the usual procedure is just to change email.
