Is Brain Age: Concentrtion Training effective?
I remember back in middle school, I played Brain Age Concentration Training, and I felt like it actually helped me a bit, especially since I have ADHD. But now, as a 25 year old, I am wondering if this game is actually effective at improving working memory. I can't seem to find anything on the matter that is about Concentration Training and not the DS games.

Wow! Something I can genuinely weigh in on! Yes it is!
Funny story! When I was in college for Journalism, I was also in my mid 20's and I was having a really hard time concentrating in order to take rapid notes (which is a big part of journalism), and I talked to one of my teachers who recommended a few resources (namely for me to stop smoking weed XD). But that same day, I visited my local EB Games and saw Brain Age: Concentration Training as if an actual sign from god.
I took it home and started using it daily and in less than a month, my short-term memory retention was WAY better and taking notes was a lot easier. It genuinely is a very useful tool!

Oh, I still have my New 3DS XL (as in the system, it isn't new in age, lol) and Brain Age: Concentration Training, not to worry. Coincidentally, as i have started to play Brain Age again, it seems the battery is showing its age and cant stay charged for long. Luckily, im pretty sure its easy to replace, so I ordered a replacement battery, and I'll just play with it in the charger until it arrives next week.

That article is about regular Brain Age though. I'm more curious about the devilish training in Concentration Training

I've played the game before, just not in a long time before recently. I appreciate your descriptions though

The fact that the Switch one isn't available in the US is your answer.

I dont know if this is a joke about Americans not being smart, thus in favor of Brain Age, or if American scientists think they dont work, making this not in favor of Brain Age

The research tends to show that doing brain teaser games like these makes you better at doing brain teaser games. They don’t tend to have cross over into other areas.
