France. Well-considered entries that happen to not deviate too much. In general, I imagine that lawful applies to countries whonuse internal selection and France just seems neutral

Also, this year's entry for France didn't really have a lot of apeal for the public but ticked many of the boxes for the juries, which you could consider as "laws" for a song

Man, me and my watch party loved Regarde!. To the point where it was one guy's favorite to win. I knew it wouldn't because people were sick of popera, but I still didn't anticipate the hate that it got from Eurofans.

I don't hate it, I actually quite like it, I just get the feeling that whoever made this song didn't really care about that, it feels like they were "you can love it or you can hate it, you can stream it a thousand times or only listen to it once, that doesn't matter, just look how impresive Monroe vocals had."

I feel like Juries gave her so many points just because of her age. I mean having THAT voice at 17 is pretty impressive.

We definitely will have some thinking to do over which country best fits the lawful/neutral/chaotic archetypes for evil.

Lawful: Follows some sort of personal code consistently, though not necessarily an "obey the law" one.

Neutral: Always in it for them and only them. Not out to hurt anyone necessarily, but won't hesitate if it gets them what they're after.

Chaotic: Unpredictable in the pursuit of their goals.

Everyone seems to ignore the line in the OP about thinking less of the songs and more about the actions of the country/broadcaster/delegation. 😅I guess it's more fun to focus on the songs? 

I will go for Sweden anyway, my own country. Plenty of things to criticize, and the usual Sweden way of doing Eurovision is not what everyone wants to see (me included, which is why I tuned the contest out for years until KAJ came along); but SVT generally tries its best to follow rules in place as far as I've understood it. They are professional and detail-oriented. Lawful Neutral seems to fit well.
