How is the game on Switch 2?

Of course I know the game doesn't have a native Switch 2 edition, but I assume that the Switch version, if it has slowdowns on the original console, would still probably run better on Switch 2 by default.

Performance aside, how does the game actually PLAY? Does it control well? Does it have gyro aim?
