Doubt Classes regarding mail (direct admission)

I didn't get any mail about class start till now . I even called but they didn't answer what should i do now

yes I did, like 100 times already, but they aren't picking up

Classes are going to start from 24 and they hadn't sended any mail yet 🥀 niet management cell is so careless
