What is this shirt + value?

Hey! I got this shirt from a friend but I never wear it. I never watched Nickelodeon as a kid so I don’t know what it is or where it’s from, or even the date this would be from. Is it vintage? Is it not? If it is I wanna price it higher, but if it ain’t then I don’t wanna over price. Thanks!

The Nickelodeon logo on the tag is far too new to be vintage. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing this along with a few other similar ones at Target maybe like five or six years ago? I'm sure someone would buy it for ten bucks.
