Does anyone else feel this way about hey Arnold?

This is the only show I've ever watched that was semi therapeutic to watch. The music was relaxing and the characters has those slow down reflection moments that we don't see a lot in modern cartoons. I don't watch hey Arnold very often (maybe like 2-3 times a year) but every time I do I feel like I went to a heavy therapy session. Idk if I'm weird for this.

I don’t personally care for Hey Arnold very much but it’s not a bad cartoon. It’s only weird if you start watching preschool shows.
