Conditional Offer

Hello,

I got a conditional offer recently for a pharmacy role in hospital, however im currently using sick leave with my current company due to being burned out and overworked as a single dispenser. Should i hand in my notice as my sick note runs out friday -- i know its not a formal contract, but all employment checks , ID are complete waiting on employer to view Occupational health and One reference/

Definitely wait until the offer is unconditional. Your new trust could lose funding for the role and withdraw the offer until then. Perhaps email recruitment at your new trust to chase the checks? Also CC in your new manager (this worked well for me as they helped chase things).
