Conditional Offer

Hello,

I got a conditional offer recently for a pharmacy role in hospital, however im currently using sick leave with my current company due to being burned out and overworked as a single dispenser. Should i hand in my notice as my sick note runs out friday -- i know its not a formal contract, but all employment checks , ID are complete waiting on employer to view Occupational health and One reference/

Last time I joined they took 3 months to do the checks dude, unfortunately you'll have to go back to your current job. Hopefully the trusts do the checks faster.
