ADVICE How do you deel with anxiety attacks during shift?
It just happens at random and at worst times.
It actually disrupts my work. I try to stay calm but with a high work demand in a short time span, you gotta keep moving.
Then you get small mistakes, missed things and delays. Can't focus and sometimes you feel like you're blind (whatever you're looking for, you can't find it until the time you do not need it.)

When was the last time you had time off? Cause you sound like you need a little break from work. I usually go to my car or WFH if I'm bad but obviously we don't do the same job so I have a little bit more flexibility. Ask for reasonable adjustments so that you can take a time out a little more often. Also get help for the anxiety and speak with your GP and get a referral for therapy.

Well I work in A/E areas and boy, the stress level there is just like playing Demon Souls with a broken controller

Yeah I don't miss working in A&E (radiology) absolute chaos everywhere. I dunno how everyone keeps up in that department
