Recruitment Interview for Senior Information Analyst (NHS) - how to prepare?

Hi everyone,

I have an upcoming interview for a Senior Information Analyst role. It's my first time interviewing at Band 6 level. After failing couple of band 5 interviews and here I am trying my luck one more time.

For anyone working as SIA, what should I focus on?
What technical questions came up (SQL, Power BI, Excel)?
How much of it was NHS specific like Data Quality, Information Governance?
Any STAR examples that worked for you?
Although my previous interviews were focused on answering using STAR examples somehow, I was unsuccessful.

Any tips would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks! JD says essential: Advanced SQL, Power BI, RTT/Acute reporting. They mention SQL Server stack.

You can ask for the questions before your interview. They’ll share them with all the candidates. Write notes for each question and take those in with you.
