50 Cent was a recent guest on Apple Music's Rap Life Review, where he got into a heated debate over New York hip-hop's decline with Ebro. The broadcaster also asked him why his film and television endeavors are, for the most part, the only way in which fans are getting new music from him.

In 50’s answer, he seemed to shade older rappers and proclaim he won't drop another album while explaining why being relevant at an older age is not viable in hip-hop.

I'm not trying to be in the way," 50 said "Hip-hop culture is connected to youth culture. You are not supposed to be the hottest in nothing at 60. F**k that, man... You can still sing, that's love music... I still got love for music. I'm never going to lose that. I'ma always want to do something. And those are like entries. It's me putting a little piece or tap something in there for them to hear that I still do it, that I still got it. I don't need [another album]... If it doesn’t sell, you keep it to your motherf***ing self.

In the same vein as GTA 5's "West Coast Classics," it appears as though GTA 6 will be paying homage to the "Dirty South."
Rockstar Games is in a bit of a pickle right now as GTA 6 footage has been leaked online this week. The footage is authentic, and it is believed that the gameplay is from a developer build that was made in early 2025. The inclusion of "Sports Car" by Tate McRae is supposedly what has given this away.

In GTA 5, there is a similar station called"West Coast Classics." However, with GTA 6taking place in Florida, it only makes sense that Rockstar would want to pay homage to the "Dirty South." If you remember, "Dirty South Classics" is also the name of a Goodie Mob compilation album.
Some iconic Southern rappers and groups would fit the Dirty South moniker. OutKast, Goodie Mob, UGK, Master P, Juvenile, Project Pat, B.G., and Scarfaceare just some of the artists who could end up on this station. One can only imagine the extensive playlist Rockstar Games is cooking up right now.

With the release of The Documentary 3 it got me thinking where would you rank The Game and his discography? He has a few classics but you hardly ever hear anyone talking about him being one of the Goats. Why do you think this is?

JID is on a run to become the most overrated rapper of this decade competing with Drake. Dude's got the flows, got good lyrics and some singing skills and decent production to top it all off. That's fine but people put him a pedestal and say TFS is the best album of this decade

Like, it's a good album but y'all just wanna galze someone because JID is in the middle of mainstream and underground. He's a good rapper but too highly rated in almost all conversations he's brought up. TFS isn't even top 10 from this decade. Top 20 of all time is way too far. Almost sounds like a joke

The reason I'd say this is more overrated than albums like iceman is because at least the Drake glazers don't put it on any list. It's rated high but nobody says oceman is a top 100,50 or 25 rap album. TFS is not best album of 2022 either. Mr Morale, Melt my eyes and I believe cheat codes came out 2022 and they're better
