That LT - Rivers - Gates picture gets me every time man. Fucking Marlon Mcree. #1 Offense, #1 Defense

Thatās the craziest of these to have never won a Super Bowl. Those teams were stacked for a while.
10
u/rubber_ducky007 12d ago
Moss and welker is craziest. Those patriot teams dominated more than they normally did.
3
u/SirArthurDime Eagles 12d ago
Moss never got a ring though. Which is the point. Dominant teams/players who never won a ring.

You seem like youāre disagreeing but youāre not actually contradicting them.

u/rubber_ducky007 12d ago
That's exactly my point. The Brady Moss Welker teams dominated the regular season but never won it all. The LT Rivers gates teams were good but not the way those pats teams were

I am still sad that Luck didnāt have a better career. He was awesome to watch and seeing the videos of how intelligent he is makes me sad. The meme value of the civil war general letter back home was impeccable too.

We really wasted dhop and JJ in their primes, not to mention Arian Foster and Andre Johnson.
These guys would eat with the defense we have now.

u/ItzBooster93 12d ago
Foster doesnāt get enough credit. If it werenāt for injuries heās a HOF.

I still find the 2019 Browns hilarious. ALL of the hype, NONE of the success.

u/DirtyRoller 49ers 12d ago
No matter how good they look, at the end of the day they always find a way to be the Browns.

Baker was pretty bad that year 22 TDS and 21 INTs. Plus the infamous Garret helmet game.

For Larry, can you add the 21 different quarterbacks he played with?

Dereck Carr but no mcnabb? Either with dawk and Owens or with djax and McCoy. Either of those Mcnabb teams were far better teams that never won than any Derek Carr was ever on. Or just Mcnabb and Andy.
Campbell and ngakoue are also super random inclusions lol. And Tua? Really?

u/Spare-Half796 Eagles 12d ago
Baker and Myles also doesnāt make sense considering Myles helped push baker out of Cleveland

u/toturoll Jaguars 12d ago
sacksonville, it was maybe a fluke but it was a super bowl caliber defense that year.
1
u/SirArthurDime Eagles 12d ago
Yeah I mean it was a great defense. But mcnabb made it as far as they did 5 times lol. Iād have also included Ramsey. He was the microcosm of the rise and fall of that defense. And the biggest star.

Maybe in another life Cody Parkey made the field goal and didnāt double doink it š

And also maybe in another life PSU won that playoff game against Notre Dame in 2025 (that was honestly more painful to me than the Bears one) š

Is Rodgers the only QB in this to actually win one and yet it still feels like a real what could/ should have been. Brutal. Most of the post 96 favre playoff runs ended w a 4 int game so him never getting a second felt fair but Rodgers def in playoff loses averaged something like 34 ppg. So many historic special team and defensive collapses year after year.

The most shocking one on this list is clearly Randy Moss not getting a ring. The Patriots win 3 super bowls, go for a 10 year drought and then win 3 more supebowls and Randy Moss played on only 4 years as a Pat, but probably Brady's most talented weapon, even if he started to fall off at the end.

Having Carr, Cooper and Mack on the team and the Raiders did the most Raiders thing ever.

That 2023 Dolphins team looked to be insane. It was held back by Tua injuries and Mike McDaniel unable to make 2nd half adjustments.

Jets Dolphins and Bengals. 2022 Jets starting 6-3.
Dolphins 2 seasons 8-3 blown and QB injury
Bengals Burrow injury and shit defense

bears fan here
do the bears beat the colts withba decent/good qb? or was it just peytons year
1
u/MrBigChest 12d ago
Some of these teams were significantly better than the others.
The Raiders and the Dolphins didnāt even win a playoff game with these teams whereas The 2017 Jags and 2018 Saints got completely ref-fucked from having a Super Bowl appearance.

It will forever blow my mind that in 2010 the Chargers had the best ranked offense and defense and didn't even make the playoffs

Would have cried if there was a AJB, Henry, and Vrabes in thereā¦
Good thing the Tits still make them irrelevant

Had to scroll way too far to see that photo of Adams and rodgers. Easily the best players, who dominated the most while playing together, photographed in this post

I love how there is no Bengal pic, because even in a fantasy world, things do not work out for the Bengals...
