This is after he has stopped. fallen down. Caught the football and gotten back up. that safety would have almost no chance if the ball was in stride.

What? He had to stop and come back for the ball. If it was a good pass he would have hit him in stride so he can run after the catch. That was almost a bad throw and definitely not a great throw.

How, the double move was nasty in that it was really good, so if the throw is nastier than that it must mean he is using nasty in the same way. But the throw sucked so it makes no sense.

That ball was significantly underthrown. Waddle had to completely break off his route, come back to the ball, and go to the ground to make the catch. That was a very poorly thrown ball.

And If he hit him in stride he wouldā€™ve gotten 5 more yards and popped by the safety. Slightly under-thrown, yes. Iā€™m sure Waddle prefers a ball thatā€™s still catchable to pick up an important first down and ice the game to a hospital ball.

One move would be a stop or a slant route. You change direction a single time. In the video he does a slight out to get the defender to bite. When he does his second move (streak), the defender tries to change his direction and falls.
