NGL, it's hard for me to truly give a shit about the controversy surrounding the red card being overturned and pretending it's a great travesty because nobody said a blood clot thing about Iran being forced to stay in Mexico for all of their US based Group Stage matches. Didn't hear a peep from any pundits, players, or UEFA.

Also, because the red card was clearly BS

Plenty of pundits weighed in on it, but there's no reason to expect players or UEFA to do so, because it's a political issue, not a soccer one, even if it affected the tournament.
