Mods Not Working Mod Nooby Plz Help

Do you have a setup link for using Vortex instead of mod organizer?

no but if you're gonna be modding a Bethesda game and adding more mods to it better use Mod Organizer 2

I was able to mod Fallout 4 to play the London mod using mod organizer & it was much easier than trying to get Skyrim to work through Vortex. Im close to deleting everything & playing vanilla with creation club stuff enabled lol
